My fondest memories are from experiences in the mountains, dating back to my early childhood where I explored every inch of the mountains on our farm in the Klein Karoo. I am absolutely fascinated by the geological history that each mountain holds, not to mention all the possible compositions that are to be found in mountainous areas. The mountains make me feel the most alive and connected with my faith, and to be able to work in my happy place truly is a blessing.
